Guidelines to Maintaining Your LPG® endermologie® Machines

Whether operating the latest generation endermologie® machines – either the Integral Cellu M6 – a freestanding machine – and the Endermolab Cellu M6®, which includes a treatment bed or earlier generation models, it’s vital to maintain these specialized equipments on a constant basis.

The principle of endermologie® technology is based on the idea of Mecano-Stimulation™ and LPG’s specialized equipments, designed to allow this to occur in a non-invasive treatment plan that produces positive results. The two types of technology used in the application of the patented Mecano-Stimulation™ treatments use roll and flap technology. Together, each type of treatment head works to improve the appearance of the skin and increase local blood circulation.

The beauty of the technology means that a majority of the maintenance can be performed on-site by a trained endermologie® therapist – a benefit to those considering upgrading their machines. Here are some important tips on keeping all types of endermologie® machines in the best working order.

No matter which type of endermologie® machine is used, always disinfect the flaps and rollers on the treatment heads with anti-microbrial wipes after every client use. Flaps on the Keymodule, Integral, Endermolab and Lipo M6 have to be replaced after every 100 hours of use.

Keeping the main filters clean are also essential to the efficient operation of all components, so it’s important to clean the ES1, IP and ST vacuum filter every 8 hours and replace it after every 250 hours.

Always change the filters on the Keymodule, Lipo M6, Facial M6, Integral, Endermolab, Mobi M6 after every 40 hours of use.

Endo-Systems On-Site Maintenance Requiredimages

While the Integral, Endermolab and Mobi M6 require no scheduled machine maintenance, however the KM80 and KM50 modules needs replacement every 1,000 hours.

All other models require on-site servicing by an Endo-System technician every 1000 hours or once a year, whichever is first.

Even if your machines appear to be working properly and you’re performing the necessary maintenance procedures, we strongly recommend having your equipment serviced annually by an Endo-Systems technician in order to prevent or minimize the chances costly equipment failure or failing peripheral devices. It’s critical to avoid either of these problems – which can lead to a lack in the efficiency of treatments or have a possibly devastating effect on the revenue stream of your endermologie® business.
