Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What is the Florida endermologie ® training center?
A. It is the primary exclusive LPG® endermologie® training facility in the United States, located at the Endo-Systems, LLC headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We offer a wide variety of training programs to ensure you get the best quality results with your LPG® equipment.
Q. Do I really need LPG® training?
A. Yes, there are benefits to being trained and certified. Proper training ensures the best possible results, which leads to client referrals and increased profits. LPG® requires all endermologie® practitioners to be professionally trained and certified by an authorized endermologie® training facility in order to obtain an LPG® trademark agreement. This allows you to advertise endermologie® services, receive a digital marketing kit, and be listed on the LPG® worldwide center locator. All authorized LPG® trainers are certified by the top training directors from LPG® in France and master the latest techniques and protocols. LPG® trainers have years of experience in the spa and healthcare industries and are committed to your success.
Q. I am new to endermologie ®. How do I market my endermologie® treatments and devices?
A. In order to advertise endermologie® and use LPG® images, logos, videos, and any other works or property of LPG® in any way, one would need to obtain an LPG® trademark sublicense agreement. Trademark agreements are included with devices purchased from Endo-Systems and are issued upon completion of training certification.
Q. Where is the endermologie® training facility located?
A. We are located within Endo-Systems, LLC, the official U.S. distributor for LPG® equipment. Our address is 2966 NW 60th St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. This is the only official LPG® endermologie® training facility in the United States. We offer a wide variety of training programs to ensure you get the best quality results with your LPG® equipment.
Q. How long are the training courses?
A. Most training courses are 2 days, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The advanced medical and therapeutic courses for licensed healthcare professionals are an additional 1-day course.
Note: Please do NOT book early flights out on the last day of training. We understand your need to return to your business, and therefore have designed intensive trainings to maximize your learning in the shortest time possible. We cannot certify you if you do not complete the full course.
Q. What are the costs involved in training?
A. New LPG devices purchased from Endo-Systems include free training at our training center for up to 3 people. In addition, EndoSystems provides lunch, beverages, snacks, and all training supplies. For all other training requests not involving a new machine purchase, please email Ltrofa@endosystems.us for course and pricing information.
Q. What are the registration, payment, and cancellation policies?
A. Full payment must be received no less than 5 business days before the start of the course in order to be registered and confirmed in a course. Space in a course will not be held without payment.
- No refunds are given for training courses. Training dates can be rescheduled, space permitting, with notice of 5 or more business days. Notice of cancellation with less than 5 business days will result in forfeiture of payment.
- All training requests will receive an email response from the Training Department with training information. Class size is limited to ensure optimal practice time and feedback. Please do not book flights until your space in the course has been confirmed.
- Training courses are conducted from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Please do not book early flights to return home. We cannot certify those who do not attend the entire course.
- On-site training (at the client’s business) incurs additional charges, and there is a maximum of 3 trainees per device. Payment for on-site training must be received 3 weeks in advance of the training dates. On-site training dates cannot be rescheduled without additional travel-related fees. Please contact the Training Department at (954) 636-3000 ext. 2895 or email Ltrofa@endosystems.us with additional questions.

Q. Which airport do I fly into?
A. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is approximately 16 miles away, about 25 minutes (more with traffic).
Miami International Airport is approximately 37 miles away, about 60 minutes (more with traffic).
Q. Are meals provided?
A. Endo-Systems provides lunch, snacks, bottled water, coffee, and tea during courses held at our training center. You may bring your own food items if you wish.
Q. Is there a minimum requirement of trainees to attend a course?
A. Hands-on practical time is a vital component of the course and trainees will practice on each other. We recommend that at least two people from the same practice/office attend together, although we do realize that sometimes only one person from an office can attend. In this case, we will try to pair you up with another trainee. For new machine sales that include training, all trainees enrolled need to attend on the same training dates. A minimum of two people is required to hold a class. To protect the proprietary rights of those paying for the course, no one is allowed to audit the courses.
Q. What do I need to wear/bring?
A. Please dress comfortably. You may want to bring a sweater due to air-conditioning. We provide all training manuals and materials, including Endermowear. If you have any specific requirements, please notify us in advance at (954) 636-3000 ext. 2895, or toll-free (866) 374-9401.
Q. Are cell phones allowed in training?
A. Cell phone use is restricted during training as it is disruptive. Phones may be used during breaks and in emergencies.
Q. What is in the area of Endo-Systems?
A. We are located in north Fort Lauderdale, next to the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport. The beaches and attractions of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea are only 6.5 miles away, and Fort Lauderdale Beach is ten miles away. We are a short distance to downtown Fort Lauderdale, restaurants, and the Port Everglades Cruise Port.
Q. Is on-site training available?
A. Yes, although we strongly recommend immersing yourself in the full LPG® experience at our national training headquarters, we do offer on-site courses at your business for an additional fee. For more information, please email Ltrofa@endosystems.us or call us at (954) 636-3000 ext. 2895 for details. We do have requirements for on-site trainings. There is a maximum of 3 people to be trained per machine. This is to ensure sufficient hands-on practice time. All trainees must be present for the duration of the training. It is not acceptable for trainees to be in and out of class to answer phones, provide client services, or address other business. We cannot certify trainees who do not attend the entire course.
Q. I bought my machine from somewhere other than an official LPG® distributor, and was not aware that certified training is available and required. What do I do?
A. Contact Endo-Systems, LLC at (866) 374-9401. We are happy to provide you with device registration, authorized training, and a trademark agreement. Without it, you will not have the right to use LPG® logos, trademarks, copyrights, etc. in any way. The trademark agreement provides valuable access to marketing support, technical support, and consumables. Most importantly, without certified training and a trademark agreement, you will not be referenced on LPG’s Center Locator. Proper authorized training will ensure you are getting the best results with your clients and will increase your profit margin. We are committed to your success.
Q. What if I’ve already been trained?
A. If you have been trained and certified by an authorized LPG® training facility in the past, then you are eligible to take updated and advanced courses on the latest aesthetic techniques. We will give you the knowledge and confidence to take your endermologie® practice to the next level, and increase your profits. We also have advanced trainings in endermologie® Expert Techniques for those certified and practicing at least 6 months; and ndermotherapie™ / endermosport™ for qualified licensed healthcare professionals. If you do not have authorized LPG® training and certification, you are not getting the best possible results.
Please contact us at (954) 636-3000, or toll-free (866) 374-9401 about learning the latest endermologie® techniques available.
